ITER
ITER is the world's largest international nuclear fusion research project. It aims to develop next-generation clean energy using the principles of the sun.
The project, which involves seven major countries including the EU, the US, Russia, Japan, China, India, and South Korea, is the first large-scale test reactor construction project for the commercialization of nuclear fusion technology, and requires the design and manufacture of equipment for various high vacuum, high temperature, and cryogenic conditions.
MTES Ltd. has participated in the design and manufacturing of core equipment such as thermal shields, manifold supports, pipe & banding tools, and mock-up parts through the ITER project, and has built technical trust with global partners with its ability to perform EPC in batches, including design, analysis, manufacturing, and testing.
In addition to supplying ITER-related equipment, we are continuously expanding our technology base in preparation for the era of nuclear fusion civilization through collaboration with KFE (Korea Fusion Energy Research Institute) and IO (ITER Organization).
